Meet Ali, Founder of Thrive & Shine

Hi, I’m Ali, the founder of Thrive & Shine. I’ve always had a love for candles, but like many, I found that most traditional candles would give me headaches or trigger my asthma. After doing some research, I was shocked to learn that many candles contain ingredients that could be considered toxic, and that’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I started experimenting with making my own candles, using non-toxic, eco-friendly ingredients, and soon realized that I could enjoy the soothing glow and fragrance of a candle without the same side effects as before. In fact, I found that when I had friends over, they loved the smell and ambiance my candles created. They started asking me where I bought them, and when I told them I made them myself, the interest grew.

What began as a small hobby turned into a passion. I started making candles as gifts, and before long, I had friends and family asking me to make more. It wasn’t long before I began making candles in larger batches, and with the encouragement of my loved ones, I decided to take a leap and sell them at a local market. To my surprise, there were so many people looking for safe, clean-burning candles with great scents—and that’s when I knew I had something special.

Now, I’m excited to take Thrive & Shine online so I can share my candles with even more people who appreciate a clean, non-toxic burn. From my home to yours, I’m proud to offer you a product that I’ve poured my heart and soul into, and I can’t wait for you to experience the warmth and comfort they bring.
