Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and items must be in new, unused condition.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thriveandshinecandleco@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the date we receive the return to complete the process. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
